Valencia is the third largest city in Spain and one of the largest ports in all of Europe. The city is home of the famous Spanish rice dish Paella, the unbelievable modern architecture that is the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the largest urban beaches in Europe, and Spain’s largest market, the Mercado Central. With high-speed train access to and from most major Spanish cities, below-average living costs, and a ferry access to Ibiza, Valencia is definitely a city worth visiting while in Spain.
